On the morning of June 11, 2020, Lawyer Deng Guohua, Minister of the Legal Department of Legal Shengbang Urban Renewal, Lawyer Xian Chuanle, Lawyer Li Zhiwei, Lawyer Lin Bifeng, Secretary General, Lawyer Du Xishen, Deputy Secretary General, and Lawyer Weng Guangqing, along with Lawyers Chen Qi, Chief Engineer of Guangzhou Urban Renewal Planning Institute, Secretary General of Guangzhou Urban Renewal Association, and Huang Zhanpeng, Deputy Secretary General of Guangzhou Urban Renewal Association, visited the Guangzhou Urban Renewal Association, We held friendly talks on further strengthening cooperation between the two sides.

Secretary General Chen Qi welcomed the visit of Legal Shengbang and systematically introduced the Guangzhou Urban Renewal Association. The association is based on the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau as the business guidance unit, with the goal of accelerating urban renewal and promoting the implementation of renewal projects in Guangzhou. It is mainly initiated by state-owned enterprises and enterprises engaged in urban renewal and related industries, and registered with the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau. The purpose of the association is to establish a platform for policy, academic, experience, and professional exchange and interaction among enterprises, governments, and various sectors of society, leverage professional advantages, promote mutual assistance and cooperation within the industry, promote industry self-discipline, and promote healthy and rapid urban renewal and development. Secretary General Chen Qi also introduced the existing members of the association and the activities of past organizations, hoping that members of the association can provide valuable suggestions to improve the service level of the association.

Minister Deng Guohua expressed gratitude for the association's reception and introduced the basic situation of the Legal Department of Urban Renewal to Secretary General Chen Qi. The Legal Shengbang Urban Renewal Department currently has over 90 members, all of whom are senior lawyers in real estate development, construction projects, and urban renewal. The service units include Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, Guangzhou Real Estate Registration Center, and other units. Minister Deng Guohua suggested that the association organize more member activities and invite experts in planning, law, and taxation to give lectures to improve the service capabilities of members, strengthen cooperation among members, and demonstrate the platform role of the association.

Lawyer Xian Chuanle, Deputy Minister of Urban Renewal Department of Legal Shengbang, and Lawyer Li Zhiwei, Deputy Minister, have had in-depth communication with the association on the current project situation, laws and regulations in Tangcun and Shixi Village that they are serving.

After the meeting, Secretary General Chen Qi led a delegation led by Legal Shengbang to visit the office premises of the association.
