Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank was established in accordance with the spirit of the Guangdong Provincial Government's "Implementation Plan for Comprehensively Promoting the Establishment of Rural Commercial Banks". It was established by Gaoyao Rural Commercial Bank, Duanzhou Rural Commercial Bank, and Dinghu Rural Credit Union in accordance with legal procedures and lasted for two years. Since the establishment of Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank, it has received the attention and support of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and Government. The meeting reviewed and voted on 20 proposals, including the "Report on the Preparation Work of Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.", the "Draft Articles of Association of Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.", and the "Election Measures for the Board of Directors and Chairman of Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.". Lawyer Zhang Xiaodan from our firm was invited to attend this meeting and was appointed as an independent director of the first board of directors of Zhaoqing Rural Commercial Bank.
