On January 25, 2022, the "Overseas Chinese Legal Service Workstation" was officially unveiled at Guangdong Legal Shengbang (Sanya) Law Firm. Leaders including Pan Guohua, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, Xing Zengming, Executive Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and Yang Anhao, Deputy Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, attended the unveiling ceremony. Thirdly, we need to establish an efficient mechanism for safeguarding rights in accordance with the law. The Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office should continue to deepen cooperation with various overseas Chinese departments and law firms, exchange information and opinions in a timely manner, jointly study and handle issues related to law, litigation, and visits in the overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, and Macao border, take more effective measures, actively and steadily resolve conflicts and disputes, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of compatriots in overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, and Macao.
