In 2021, the great CPC will celebrate its centenary, the 14th Five Year Plan will get off to a good start, and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country will embark on a new journey 2021 is a milestone year in the history of the Party and the country! Standing at the historical intersection of the "two centenaries" and amidst the continuous impact of the century's epidemic and unprecedented changes in the era, the people of the country with a strong legal system have always maintained an active and united pace, gathered consensus, and steadfastly moved forward. They have excelled in completing various tasks and created remarkable achievements.

In the past year, we have issued our first five-year development plan, which points out the direction for our future development. We have been awarded the "Outstanding Law Firm Award" by Business Law in 2021 and have been nominated for two important awards by ALB Asia Legal Review. We have built a nest to attract talents and introduced numerous excellent professional lawyers and teams. The excellent talent program within the institute has opened up a green channel for the promotion of lawyers, and multiple outstanding lawyers have joined our partner team. We leverage democratic traditions and encourage our lawyers to participate in our public affairs. A large number of young and middle-aged lawyers have made significant contributions to our development. We have established the Women Lawyer Work Department, Youth Lawyer Work Department, and Public Welfare Legal Service Center, as well as established and improved our retirement and honorary partner system. Our lawyers actively participate in provincial and municipal law association activities, with a total of 67 lawyers joining the Municipal Law Association Special Committee, 22 lawyers joining the Municipal Law Association Working Committee, and lawyers holding important positions at all levels of the law association. Our institute also focuses on brand building and protection, with a total of four registered trademarks selected for the Guangdong Province Key Trademark Protection List. Our various business departments have played an important role in business development, with leading talents, professional lawyers, and teams constantly emerging. In 2021, our institute achieved gratifying results in all aspects of work, with a record high in personnel size and performance. Our Guangzhou headquarters and branches located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Jiangmen, and Sanya, Hainan have made significant progress.
