Our senior partner, Nan Fang, gave a lecture on "Comprehensive Skills for Court Questions" to a young Mongolian Chinese bilingual lawyer in Inner Mongolia

On the morning of June 5, 2018, our senior partner and director of the Economic Crime Defense Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, Nan Fang, was appointed by the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangzhou Lawyers Association to teach 10 young lawyers from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on "Comprehensive Skills of Court Questions" during the "Inner Mongolia Mongolian Chinese Bilingual Youth Lawyers Training and Classroom Study in Guangdong".

The main content of the lecture includes the purpose of questioning, professional etiquette of court questioning, 7 types of court questioning, 3 common inappropriate questioning methods for defense counsel in court questioning, and 5 strategic techniques for court questioning. In order to improve the practical ability of young lawyers in Inner Mongolia to handle cases, Lawyer Nanfang also prepared a simulated practice session for court questioning, where everyone was asked to practice how to design questioning and demonstrate the defendant's legitimate defense plot in a case of intentional injury. Inner Mongolia young lawyers divided into groups to discuss and express their opinions, and then Nan Fang lawyers provided on-site explanations and guidance.
