In order to do a good job in the selection and appointment of consulting experts, the All China Lawyers Association and the Guangdong Lawyers Association have successively issued notices recommending lawyers as inbound experts in professional fields such as civil law, economic law, administrative law, real estate and construction engineering law. Each lawyer is limited to one professional field, and the final candidate is determined by the Supreme People's Procuratorate through research.
In March 2020, the Supreme People's Procuratorate entrusted people's procuratorates at the provincial and municipal levels to send invitations to consulting experts for warehousing, and the procuratorial agency "Civil Administrative Prosecutorial Expert Consultation Network" was subsequently put into operation. Lawyers Chen Liang, Wu Jinsong, and Fu Xianyang from Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm have been officially hired by the Supreme People's Procuratorate as experts in the "Civil Administrative Prosecutorial Expert Information Network", with a term of appointment from March 2021 to February 2023.
