The meeting cited typical and authentic cases, focusing on key or frequent practice violations such as conflicts of interest, negligence in fulfilling responsibilities, and illegal fees, to explain to the attendees in simple and profound terms the types of practice risks that lawyers may encounter during the practice process and the corresponding handling methods, and propose targeted risk prevention suggestions. The meeting pointed out that practicing lawyers should correct their professional philosophy, strictly abide by discipline, do a good job in risk prevention and control, and jointly maintain a good industry image of lawyers. The meeting pointed out that our lawyers should have a deep understanding of the significant significance of conducting Party history learning and education, consciously invest a high degree of political consciousness in Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology and Party history learning and education, use the Party's struggle process and great achievements to inspire morale and clarify direction, use the Party's glorious tradition and excellent style to firmly believe and gather strength, and use the Party's practical innovation and historical experience to inspire wisdom and enhance character; Integrate the rule of law ideology of Xi Jinping into daily work, effectively enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", achieve the "two safeguards", and better serve the overall work of the Party and the country.
