Good news | 10 lawyers from our firm have been appointed as specially invited mediators for the Tianhe District People's Court in Guangzhou City
Recently, the Tianhe District People's Court of Guangzhou announced the list of 104 newly appointed lawyers and mediators. This includes 10 lawyers from Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm, including Deng Gang, Lu Xiaoqin, Liu Kaixin, Song Changli, Chen Liang, Lin Xuan, Zhong Tiehui, Yao Guangfeng, Yuan Guoke, and Huang Zhixing.
Recently, the Tianhe District People's Court of Guangzhou announced the list of 104 newly appointed lawyers and mediators. This includes 10 lawyers from Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm, including Deng Gang, Lu Xiaoqin, Liu Kaixin, Song Changli, Chen Liang, Lin Xuan, Zhong Tiehui, Yao Guangfeng, Yuan Guoke, and Huang Zhixing.
Article 33 of the People's Mediation Law: After reaching a mediation agreement through mediation by a people's mediation committee, if both parties deem it necessary, they may jointly apply to the people's court for judicial confirmation within 30 days from the effective date of the mediation agreement. The people's court shall promptly review the mediation agreement and confirm its validity in accordance with the law. The people's court confirms the validity of the mediation agreement in accordance with the law. If one party refuses to perform or fails to fully perform, the other party may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution. If the people's court confirms the invalidity of the mediation agreement in accordance with the law, the parties may modify the original mediation agreement or reach a new mediation agreement through people's mediation, or file a lawsuit with the people's court.
Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China applies for judicial confirmation of a mediation agreement. Both parties shall, in accordance with the People's Mediation Law and other laws, jointly submit the application to the grassroots people's court in the place where the mediation organization is located within 30 days from the effective date of the mediation agreement.
