On the morning of July 21, 2020, Director Chen Simin, Secretary General of the Party Group of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Arbitration Commission), Secretary General Li Shan, Business Director Yu Ruizhen of the Arbitration Development Department, and Director Ye Lu of the Case Acceptance Department visited Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Legal Shengbang or our firm) to hold a symposium on "Strengthening the Mutual Promotion of Arbitration and Lawyer Work, Seeking New Mechanisms and Cultivating New Bureaus".

 

 

Director Wu Xiang, Secretary of the Party Committee Zhang Yuquan, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Zhang Xihai, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Zheng Haiying, Lawyer Chen Guangpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Member of the Management Committee, Lawyer Cao Liusheng, Member of the Party Committee and Management Committee, Lawyer Yang Ruihua, Member of the Party Committee and Management Committee, Lawyer Liu Changjiu, Lawyer Liu Xinggui, Lawyer Li Xiujiao, Member of the Supervisory Board Liu Yongguang, Lawyer Fu Xianyang, Lawyer Jian Zhengde, Lawyer Zhang Maodong, Lawyer Lin Xiqun, member of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Discipline Inspection Team, Lawyer Li Guanghan, member of the Discipline Inspection Team, Lawyer Deng Guohua, Minister of Urban Renewal Law Department, Lawyer Tang Yong, Minister of Administrative Law Business Department, and Senior Partner Qin Jianlong attended the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Secretary Zhang Yuquan of our institute.

 

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Zhang Yuquan warmly welcomed Director Guangzhong and Director Chen Simin for guidance and exchange. Director Yu Ruizhen introduced Guangzhong's establishment background, institutional settings, business cases, cultural construction, and other aspects one by one through a PPT speech. Subsequently, the attendees collectively watched the official promotional video of our firm. Director Wu Xiang reported on the participation of law firm arbitrators, introduced the latest development status of our firm, further deepened the overall impression and understanding of our firm among the guests, and expressed the hope that this symposium can bring the cooperation relationship between the two parties closer.

 

 

 

At the symposium, Director Chen Simin first gave full recognition and praise to the business and achievements of our firm, gave a detailed introduction to the Golden Ideas activity for our lawyers, and encouraged everyone to provide valuable suggestions to Guangzhong. Both parties have conducted in-depth exploration and communication on the concept of internet arbitration and golden ideas, promoting the development of arbitration industry, lawyer work, and strengthening professional functions such as mediation centers.

 

 

In the communication section, regarding the suggestions for cooperation with lawyers and law firms in arbitration work, the lawyers present combined their own experience and business experience to propose suggestions for promoting internet arbitration, strengthening arbitration work, and improving case procedures.

 

 

Finally, Director Chen Simin agreed with the above suggestions for improving arbitration services in his summary, believing that this symposium will make both parties more familiar with each other. I hope we can enhance communication and work together to promote the development of arbitration
