Lawyer Huang Lihong focuses on criminal defense and has a large number of successful cases. Especially in recent years, our lawyers have controlled the number of cases handled, strictly handled the quality of cases, and the acquittal rate has risen rapidly.

Handled 16 criminal cases in one year (2015-2016), among which:

Four major cases were acquitted, namely:

1. Zhang x Yong suspected of fraud, Panyu District Public Security Bureau adopted the lawyer's opinion for withdrawal of the case, the parties acquitted;

2. Xie x was suspected of drug trafficking (methamphetamine 60 kg, purity of 68 percent), Guangzhou Procuratorate adopted the lawyer's defense opinion, made no prosecution, and the parties were released without charge;

3. Huang Xfa suspected of illegal possession of guns, the Huangpu District procuratorate adopted the lawyer's opinion, for non-prosecution processing, the parties acquitted;

4. In the case of Wang x Ding suspected of causing death by injury, Zengcheng District Public Security Bureau adopted the lawyer's opinion and withdrew the case, and the parties were released without charge.

Four major appeals and appeals cases were revoked on the grounds of "unclear facts and insufficient evidence" and remanded for retrial, respectively:

1. In the case of Song x Min, Nanchang Office of Oriental Assets, suspected of taking bribes, the Nanchang People's Court adopted the opinion of the defender and revoked the original judgment on the grounds of unclear facts and insufficient evidence;

2. In the case of Liu x Hu accepting bribes, the Guangzhou People's Court adopted the opinion of our lawyer on the grounds of unclear facts and insufficient evidence, revoked the original judgment and remanded it to Huangpu District Court for a new trial. Liu x Hu was the only one who obtained personal freedom among the co-defendants in the series of bribery cases, and the other co-defendants have been sent to prison for punishment;

3. In the appeal case of Ma x Budu, who was sentenced to death for causing intentional injury to two people, the Guangdong Provincial High Court adopted the opinion of the defender, revoked the original judgment on the grounds of unclear facts and insufficient evidence, and remanded it to the Guangzhou Intermediate Court for a new trial.

4. Yu x Chen rape complaint case (" overseas returnees "and contract Hunan Satellite TV network celebrity" Jasmine "to hotel room after drinking, the next day" Jasmine "died), Guangdong Provincial High court accepted the legal opinion of our lawyer, ruled to cancel the original trial judgment, remanded to the Guangzhou People's Court for a new trial.

In four cases, suspended sentences were applied and freedom was granted on the date of sentencing:

1. Yuan x Jun's fraud case, Tianhe Court sentenced him to one year and eight months, suspended for two years;

2. Feng x open fraud case, Zengcheng court sentenced to three years in prison, suspended for three years;

3. In the case of Chen x Xiang's illegal fund-raising, the Guangzhou People's Court sentenced her to one year and six months in prison, suspended for two years;

4. Li x LAN sales of counterfeit drugs, Yuexiu District court sentenced to nine months in prison, suspended for one year

Lesser sentences were imposed in four cases:

1. Guangdong Fox Hunt No. 2 huge fund-raising fraud case, the Yuexiu District court accepted the opinion of the defender, and sentenced the main criminal Cao xx to 5 years in prison for the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits;

2. In the case of Fu xx accepting bribes, Nansha District Court adopted the opinions of the defender and sentenced Fu xx to two years and six months in prison for the crime of accepting bribes;

3. In the case of massive fraud of Wang x, the Tianhe District Court accepted the opinion of the defense team and sentenced the first defendant Wang x to 10 years in prison for fraud, which is two years less than the sentence of the second defendant;

4. Zhou xx huge illegal absorption of public deposits case, Tianhe District court sentenced the defendant to two years and six months in prison.

In addition to the above 16 cases handled in 2015, other criminal cases with significant impact handled by our lawyer include:

1. The country's largest smuggling cigarette nest case, involving more than 7 million yuan, the Guangdong High Court accepted the lawyer's opinion, with unclear facts, insufficient evidence to revoke the judgment of the Shenzhen Intermediate Court.

2. In the case of Guo x Sheng smuggling fluorite ore, the Guangzhou People's Court sentenced Guo x Sheng to a suspended sentence and set him free on the day of sentencing.

3. Tianhe Yuzhu wood market Huang xx smuggling case, Huangpu Customs adopted the legal advice of the lawyer, the parties for cancellation of the case, Huang xx was released without charge;

4. Nansha Huangge Town former secretary, deputy mayor Zhang xx major embezzlement case, Nansha court adopted the opinion of the lawyer, Zhang xx sentenced to three years in prison, suspended for three years, the date of sentencing is free;

5. In the corruption case of Guo x, former official of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, Yuexiu District Court adopted the lawyer's opinion and sentenced Guo x to 2 years in prison with a suspended sentence of 3 years. Guo x was set free on the date of sentencing;

6. Former Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences cadres LAN x Qing bribery case, the South China Sea court accepted the lawyer's opinion, LAN x Qing sentenced to 1 year in prison, suspended for 2 years;

7. Pharmaceutical representative Huang x bribery case, Haizhu District court adopted the lawyer's opinion, sentenced Huang x to fixed-term imprisonment for one year, suspended for two years;

8. The country's first use of gay traps posing as police to enter the house robbery, Tianhe District court accepted the lawyer's opinion, defendant Wen x Lin was found not guilty;

9. Provided second-instance defense for the death penalty case of Lin x Qun (drug trafficking), and the Guangdong Provincial High Court revoked the judgment of the Guangzhou People's Court, and Lin x Qun's death sentence was commuted to 10 years' imprisonment;

10. Provided second-instance defense in the death penalty case of Liu x Qing (drug manufacturing), and the Guangdong Provincial High Court revoked the judgment of the Guangzhou People's Court, and Liu x Qing's death sentence was commuted;

11. Provided second-instance defense in the death penalty case of Huang x Huan (injury resulting in death, robbery), and the Guangdong Provincial High Court revoked the judgment of the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court and commuted Huang x Huan to life imprisonment;

12. For the defense of the rape case of Li x Bo, the Haizhu District Public Security Bureau adopted the legal advice of our lawyer, withdrew the case, and Li x Bo was released without charge.

13. For the fraud of 360 million Yan xx defense, Tianhe District court accepted the lawyer's opinion, found that the crime of fraud was not established;

14. For the defense of Li x Hong in the major fraud case, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court accepted our lawyer's opinion and found that the fraud crime was not established;

15. For the defense of Chen xx in the case of illegal purchase and sale of rare and endangered wild animals, the Liwan District Court accepted the opinion of our lawyer and sentenced Chen xx to fixed-term imprisonment of one year and six months, suspended for two years;

16. In defense of Yang x in the case of intentional injury, the Baiyun District Court recommended that the procuratorate withdraw the prosecution and Yang x be released without charge.
