4. Acting for Chen mou, Zhu Mou and Huang mou contract dispute, through the collection and improvement of physical evidence, human evidence, careful analysis of the difference between employment and contracting, the court finally adopted our opinion, found that the two parties formed a contracting relationship, rather than the employment relationship advocated by Huang mou, Huang mou in the construction process of injury and disability losses should be held mainly responsible.
