On September 19, 2018, the establishment conference of the "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Professional Knowledge Alliance" and the flag awarding ceremony of the new provincial level "Tongxin Service Team" were held in Zhuhai. Subsequently, the conference also held a flag ceremony for the "Tongxin Service Team" of the new provincial alliance.
