Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, who joined the CPC in 1998, is an old party member with a party age of 23 years. 3、 Humbly learn from advanced experience and exchange ideas with the Provincial Poverty Alleviation Foundation on the future path of public welfare and philanthropy

 

 

Humbly seeking advice and working together, Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, as a member of the Charity Foundation, visited the Guangdong Provincial Poverty Alleviation Foundation and had a friendly exchange with the person in charge of the Guangdong Provincial Poverty Alleviation Foundation, including how to carry out public welfare charity work such as poverty alleviation and student assistance, and methods of assisting impoverished hemodialysis patients in the Guangdong region. We also exchanged opinions on the implementation methods of poverty alleviation projects, fundraising for poverty alleviation funds, and operation of foundations, in order to seek new ideas for the development of poverty alleviation work. The meeting ended in a pleasant atmosphere. 4、 Disaster relief activities

 

 

When Dongyuan County in Guangdong Province was hit by two serious floods, namely "6.10" and "6.12", Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, as the Executive Vice President of Dongyuan Chamber of Commerce, organized a donation and relief activity for Guangzhou entrepreneurs, raising over 1 million yuan in funds. Donated to Dongyuan County for disaster recovery work, and personally participated in post disaster reconstruction work. "The floods are merciless, and there is love in the world." Lawyer Jiang Wusheng demonstrated the responsibility of a party member lawyer in the face of the natural disaster, faithfully practicing the concept of "people's lawyers for the people"!

 

When Heyuan City is hit by a strong rainstorm, and disasters of different degrees occur in Lianping, Longchuan, Dongyuan and other places. Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, as the Executive Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, mobilized entrepreneurs to raise a total of 151100 yuan to help villagers in their hometown overcome difficulties and rebuild their homes as soon as possible. And personally went to Shangping Town, Lianping County, the disaster stricken area to donate supplies. During this disaster relief, Lawyer Jiang Wusheng visited the village committee of Bulian Village and Xialou Village, and learned about the true situation of the flood through communication. At this stage, the villagers begin to invest in the post disaster reconstruction work. At present, the first thing to solve is the food problem. The rainstorm will lead to the loss of farmland crops, three years of harvest, and the fertile soil will be washed away by the flood, leaving only sandy soil, leaving a desolate place. The natural disaster is merciless, and there is love in the world. With the help of multiple parties, the people in the disaster area are resuming production in an orderly manner. I believe they can work together to overcome the difficulties.

 

5、 Devoting love, saving lives, and helping patients activities

 

 

According to statistics, there are about 2000 kidney disease patients with uremia and renal failure in Heyuan. In addition to undergoing kidney replacement, the vast majority of patients rely on hemodialysis to maintain their lives. Dialysis is performed about 2-3 times a week, with a cost of about 700 yuan per session. In addition to basic medical insurance reimbursement, they also need to pay about 180 yuan on their own, and a dialysis fee of 21600 yuan per year is required. Among these 2000 patients, 40% of them have been approved by the civil affairs department as low-income patients, accounting for approximately 800; 10% of the patients with five guarantees and special difficulties, approximately 200. For these patients, although they can receive additional reimbursement from the national serious illness insurance, they still need to pay 10000 yuan in dialysis fees every year. As a result, many patients have to give up treatment and endure immense pain. Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, as a member of the Charity Foundation, participated in the "Charity Public Welfare Activity to Save 100 Poor Hemodialysis Patients in Heyuan" initiated by Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, and publicly raised funds. The event donated a total of 120000 yuan, providing a one-year dialysis treatment fee for 12 poor hemodialysis patients. Lawyer Jiang Wusheng actively helps patients with difficult hemodialysis, listens to their difficulties, solves their difficulties, and makes them feel the care and warmth of the Party and society.

 

6、 Donate generously and participate in caring for the people's police activities

 

 

On January 7, 2021, on the occasion of the first Chinese People's Police Day, the Guangdong Provincial Charity Federation and Guangdong Provincial Police Association held a unveiling ceremony for the establishment of the "Guangdong Provincial People's Police Care Fund" at the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, in order to further consolidate police morale, inspire fighting spirit, and enhance the combat effectiveness of the public security team.

 

Lawyer Jiang Wusheng, as a member of the Charity Foundation, participated in the unveiling ceremony of the "Guangdong Provincial People's Police Care Fund" and called on more lawyers to work together to create a good atmosphere for the whole society to care for the people's police, pay attention to and support the construction of peace and justice, and contribute their own efforts to the good customs of society and the harmony and stability of society.
