On April 2, 2021, the Second Party Branch Committee of Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm of the Communist Party of China (referred to as the "Second Party Branch") organized a meeting to study and educate party history and political rules in the party member conference room. This meeting is chaired by Comrade Li Jieyu, Secretary of the Second Party Branch.

At the meeting, Comrade Peng Zhongfei, the Propaganda Committee Member and Group Work Committee Member of the Second Party Branch, led everyone to seriously carry out party history learning and education activities. Comrade Peng Zhongfei, centering on the four themes of "Without the Communist Party, there will be no new China", "Without the Communist Party, there will be no socialist China", "Without the Communist Party, there will be no socialism with Chinese characteristics" and "The profound enlightenment of the centennial history of the Party", led the Party branch members to review the centennial great history of the Party, and let all Party members once again review the great contributions made by the CPC to the country and the nation, Deeply understand that the CPC is a strong core of leadership in China's revolution and construction. As party members, we must truly achieve the theme of "knowing the party, believing in the party, praising the party, loving the party, and following the party", and constantly sing the theme of "the Communist Party is good, socialism is good, reform and opening up is good, the great motherland is good, and the people of all ethnic groups are good".

Next, Comrade Li Jieyu, Secretary of the Second Party Branch, led everyone to seriously carry out a special study and discussion on political discipline and rules. Comrade Li Jieyu stated that self-discipline is a compulsory course for cultivating the integrity of Communist Party members. As Communist Party members, we must be loyal, clean, and responsible, and always maintain the noble and upright spirit of Communist Party members. She said that we should always follow the mirror of the Party Constitution, truly achieve the use of power for the people, the attachment of emotions to the people, and the pursuit of benefits for the people. We should adhere to loyalty to the Party, the motherland, and the people, while also constantly reflecting on ourselves, having reverence, advocating the rule of law, and promoting democracy. Through a comprehensive study of political rules, it is hoped that party members in this branch can better play a pioneering and exemplary role as party members.

The members of the Second Party Branch collectively watched the exemplary educational film "The Most Beautiful Legal Servant", which recognized many silently working legal service personnel, including lawyers, notaries, public security and other social groups. It not only showcased the charm of the legal professional community, but also demonstrated the selfless dedication spirit. After watching the video, the participating party members and lawyers were deeply encouraged and had a deeper understanding of the legal profession.

Finally, under the leadership of Comrade Lu Yuxing, a member of the Second Party Branch Learning and Organization Committee, the members of the branch stood solemnly and relived the oath of joining the Party together. The branch party members forcefully recited their vows, expressing their sense of responsibility and mission as a party member lawyer.
