We also welcome recommendations and introductions. The specific requirements for procurement quotation are as follows:

1、 Introduction to the Institute

Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm (referred to as Legal Shengbang) was established on August 8, 1983. It is the first law firm in China approved by the Ministry of Justice to focus on handling foreign economic and trade legal affairs. Originally named Guangdong Foreign Economic Law Firm, it is also one of the earliest comprehensive large law firms established and operated in accordance with the internationally accepted partnership system in China, with a history of 38 years. 3、 Qualification requirements and instructions for suppliers participating in the quotation

（1） Suppliers must be legitimate business units with independent legal personality, independent capacity to bear civil liability, and good reputation, and be able to provide relevant proof documents;

（2） The products provided must comply with relevant quality standards and have a high cost-effectiveness;

（3） Agree to sign an integrity agreement with this firm (see Annex 15 for details);

（4） Suppliers can provide quotations for one or more items in the procurement content;

（5） The high-quality suppliers participating in this quotation will have the opportunity to be selected into the "Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm Supplier Database".

In the process of signing and fulfilling the contract between Party A and Party B, in order to maintain a clean and self-discipline work style and prevent the occurrence of various improper behaviors, Party A and Party B have entered into the following agreement:

1、 Both Party A and Party B shall consciously abide by national and local laws and regulations as well as the provisions of this agreement, and be honest and self-disciplined in the process of signing and performing the contract.

2、 Party A and its staff shall not demand or accept Party B's money or receive kickbacks or other benefits in any form.

3、 The staff of Party A shall maintain normal business dealings with Party B, and shall not accept Party B's gifts, securities, credit cards, and valuable items. They shall not accept communication, transportation, and high-end office supplies provided by Party B, and shall not reimburse any expenses that should be borne by Party B personally.

4、 The staff of Party A shall not participate in banquets and entertainment activities that may affect the fair conduct of business. If Party A's staff members are required to participate in banquets or entertainment activities due to actual circumstances, they must report to Party A's management committee for approval in advance and report to the supervisory board for record keeping.

5、 The staff of Party A shall not request or accept the convenience provided by Party B and relevant units or individuals for their marriage, funeral, family and children's work arrangements, learning and training, business activities, tourism and vacation, as well as for personal matters such as going abroad or in any other way.

6、 Party B shall not accept family members or friends introduced by Party A's staff to engage in business or paid intermediary activities related to the contract.

7、 The second party shall conduct relevant business through normal channels and shall not give gifts, securities, credit cards, and valuable items to the staff of the first party for the purpose of obtaining certain improper benefits, or provide communication, transportation, and high-end office supplies to the staff of the first party, or reimburse their personal expenses to the staff of the first party, or invite the staff of the first party to travel and enter commercial entertainment venues, Or provide convenience for the marriage and funeral of Party A's staff, work arrangements for family members and children, learning and training, business activities, tourism and vacation, as well as going abroad or in other ways.

8、 If Party B discovers that Party A's personnel have violated the above agreement, Party B shall report it to Party A. The first party shall not seek any excuse to retaliate against the second party. The first party shall give priority to continuing cooperation with the second party under the same conditions if the report is true and the second party strictly complies with the integrity agreement.

9、 If Party A discovers that Party B has violated this agreement or engaged in unfair competition such as bribing Party A's staff through improper means, Party A shall not only have the right to terminate the contract, but also have the right to hold Party B responsible for breach of contract or compensation.
