On September 5th, a video of a child throwing a package downstairs caught attention. The video shows a little boy picking up a delivery from the owner's doorstep and throwing it downstairs, then fleeing the scene with two little girls. It is understood that the items thrown downstairs not only include express delivery, but also items such as scooters and fruits, as well as pedestrians who were almost hit.

The family of the little boy involved responded that the parents of the three children will share the compensation for the losses caused by the child dropping items such as express delivery from high altitude, and will strictly educate the child in the future.

That afternoon, the reporter came to the home of the little boy Xiao Ming (pseudonym) who had lost the package in the video. Xiao Ming's grandmother, Aunt Wang, said that Xiao Ming was only 6 years old this year and had just started elementary school. The other two girls who were accompanying him were 7 and 8 years old, respectively. Xiaoming's parents don't have time to take care of him at work. She only came to take care of her children in the second half of the year. That afternoon, she was cleaning at home and the three children went out to play together. She was not aware of the fact that the child ran upstairs and threw the package downstairs, but later learned that it was the three children who threw the package together. Regarding the incident of a child throwing objects from high altitude and damaging the courier, Aunt Wang stated that the three families will share the compensation and will strictly educate the child in the future. Xiao Ming told reporters that, including the one on September 5th, he threw two deliveries, and all three people threw deliveries in the building that day. The parents of the other two children stated that they do not accept interviews.

According to the chat records provided by the homeowners in the community, the mother of a little girl in the surveillance video apologized to other homeowners for throwing objects at a high altitude in the homeowners' group, admitting that the education was not in place and there was an unshirkable responsibility. At the same time, she also said, "Since childhood, we have also attached great importance to educating our children, so we are very confident and confident that children will not do such things. But today, this happened, and I am really saddened and disappointed. Although she did not directly throw the delivery downstairs, if she was not stopped in time, the consequences would be unimaginable

On the afternoon of September 6th, the reporter arrived at the New World Kaiyue Bay Customer Service Center. Ms. Weng, a staff member, stated that on the day of the incident, the police station had already arrived at the scene and intervened. Parents and children went to the scene for education. After the incident, the property management also came to inform the three children and their parents of the severity of the matter, and asked them to supervise their children well. These three residents also stated that they will compensate for the damaged express delivery.

She stated that preventing high-altitude throwing is a key task of the community every month. The community will send promotional leaflets to its doorstep every month, and recently, the neighborhood committee also distributed promotional leaflets. After this incident, the community will also provide warm reminders.
