Departmental Dynamics | Our Labor and Personnel Business Department held a lecture on "Interpretation of Key Articles and Case Sharing of the 2020 Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court Labor Dispute Case Trial Reference"
On the afternoon of September 4, 2020, the Labor and Personnel Business Department of Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm") held a themed lecture on "Interpretation of Key Articles and Case Sharing of the 2020 Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court Labor Dispute Case Trial Reference", with no empty seats on site.
On the afternoon of September 4, 2020, the Labor and Personnel Business Department of Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm") held a themed lecture on "Interpretation of Key Articles and Case Sharing of the 2020 Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court Labor Dispute Case Trial Reference", with no empty seats on site. This lecture was led by Lawyer Lu Yuxing, Minister of Labor and Human Resources Business Department, and specially invited Lawyer Zeng Yue from the Labor Law Team of Guangdong Shenglun Law Firm as the guest speaker to exchange and share practical experience with the attendees. Lawyer Yang Ruihua, Director Wu Xiang and Managing Partner of our firm, attended the lecture.
During the lecture, Lawyer Lu Yuxing conducted a detailed analysis of the key provisions of the 2020 "Reference for Trial of Labor Dispute Cases in Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court". By citing relevant cases, he vividly explained to the on-site audience issues such as labor dispute procedures, scope of labor dispute cases, determination of labor relations, performance of labor contracts, overtime pay, annual leave wages, etc. He also shared his personal case handling experience.
Lawyer Zeng Yue introduced the theme of human resource management process reengineering during the lecture, including project background, implementation, and results.
In this lecture, Lawyer Lu Yuxing and Lawyer Zeng Yue actively interacted with the audience and answered their questions. The atmosphere was warm and the results were good.
