In 2002, after the merger and reorganization of Legal Shengbang, on November 28 of the same year, with the approval of the superior party committee, the party branch of the original law firm merged to establish the party branch of Guangdong Legal Shengbang Law Firm. In June 2016, with the approval of the higher-level party committee, Legal Shengbang established the Party General Branch. In September 2018, Legal Shengbang held a senior partner meeting and voted to formally incorporate the content of party building work into the law firm's articles of association. At the level of the articles of association, it further clarified the positioning of the party organization in the law firm, established the "backbone" of party building, cast the "red engine" of the law firm's articles of association, and fully utilized the political and ideological advantages of the party and organizational leadership advantages, enabling the party organization to play a promoting and leading role in the long-term development of the law firm's various work.

At present, the Legal Shengbang Party Committee has nearly 150 registered party members and three party branches, making it one of the larger party organizations in Guangzhou Law Firm. Throughout the years, the Party organization of the Legal Prosperous State has vigorously carried out party building activities such as political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction, system construction, and discipline construction every year, adhering to the principle of "promoting and strengthening party building through party building", so that party building and building complement each other.
