Bankruptcy and liquidation Department
The Bankruptcy and Liquidation Department has been involved in the liquidation and bankruptcy of many domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, including the real estate industry, the financial industry, the manufacturing industry and the hotel industry, and has accumulated rich experience in handling cases. In December 2007, reviewed by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, Legal Shengbang became the first batch of enterprise bankruptcy case administrators after the implementation of the new Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China with the highest comprehensive score among all the managers of the shortlisted institutions, and the qualification and performance of the bankruptcy and liquidation business team were fully affirmed. Legal Shengbang accepted the appointment of the court as the institutional administrator of large enterprise liquidation and bankruptcy cases, and the lawyers of the department with solid professional theory and rich practical experience participated in the handling of cases, which was praised by departments at all levels and the parties.
