Q: Please introduce the background and significance of the promulgation of the Regulations.

 

Answer: Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that it is necessary to strengthen the constraints and supervision of power operation, let the people supervise power, and let power operate under the sunshine. The Party Constitution stipulates that all levels of Party organizations should implement Party affairs transparency in accordance with regulations, so that Party members can have more understanding and participation in Party affairs.
